Q: What are your terms of agreement?
A: United Metro Energy will create a customized package, specifically catered to you and your business for payment terms. Factors such as gallons, product, application of business, length of deal, etc. vary the terms.
Q: Is there a minimum or maximum amount of gallons you can provide?
A: No! No company has fuel demands that are too small or too big for United Metro Energy to provide with the highest quality fuel.
Q: I need fuel now. Can I pick up before my credit report has been checked?
A: Sorry, United Metro Energy can’t supply or distribute fuel until the credit report has been finished.
Q: Does United Metro Energy deliver to their wholesale accounts or is it pickup only? If you deliver, where do you go to?
A: United Metro Energy offers both options, however most of our wholesale customers come here to pick up United Metro Energy’s product. Our trucks go everywhere from the boroughs of New York City to New Jersey to lower Connecticut, and as far out as Montauk, Long Island. If you are going to be picking fuel up, a Certificate of Insurance is required.
Q: Are there any permits or licenses my drivers would need?
A: All drivers need to have a TWIC card, be Hazmat certified, and have all applicable NYC Truck permits in place.
Q: What are your terminal’s hours?
A: We’re open 24/7/365, so whenever you need United Metro Energy; we’re there for you.
